About The Position

The Fuentes Firm is a trial-focused insurance defense firm with a statewide reputation for excellence in commercial auto liability and trucking accident defense. We handle complex, high-stakes litigation for national and regional trucking companies and insurers. We are looking for the next generation of litigators. Requirements

• Current law student with a strong interest in litigation and courtroom advocacy
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
• A growth mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Work directly with partners and associates on active commercial auto and trucking defense cases
• Draft motions, briefs, and key litigation documents under attorney supervision
• Attend depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances
• Assist with case strategy, factual development, and trial preparation
• Handle matters involving significant liability – including cases with policies exceeding $1 million
