About The Position
Bremer Whyte Brown & O’Meara, LLP is seeking a talented Law Clerk to join our award-winning team in our Encinitas office for the Fall 2026 semester. The ideal candidate must be enrolled in law school, preferably in their 2L or 3L year. They must be motivated, reliable, and able to work independently for a professional firm. Requirements
- Enrolled in law school, preferably in their 2L or 3L year.
- Motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with discovery, motion work, research projects, meetings and litigation preparation.
- Learn billing and many aspects of civil litigation.
- Opportunities to assist and/or attend depositions and mediations with handling attorneys may occur.
