Requirements

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

Prior internship or work experience in a professional office setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and assemble signature pages for transactions
Organize matter-level transactional and diligence documents into closing sets
Assist with review of investor documents and help prepare initial drafts of related tracking spreadsheets
Develop new client checklists to capture bank-specific requirements for deal closings
Support the knowledge management of the section by inputting and auditing information into deal trackers
Perform assigned factual and/or basic legal research tasks using all available resources including libraries and computer data systems
Complete and provide feedback on training simulations for new attorneys
Assist with developing AI-enabled workflows and testing outputs of different models
Performs other duties as assigned or needed.
