The Law Clerk II performs complex legal research assignments, review and analyze large volumes of documents to identifying factually relevant and privileged data to support assigned investigations, and assist with drafting motions, briefs, memoranda of law, including reviewing citations, ensuring conformity with court rules, and filing legal documents with courts. This role generally acts independently and/or as a team leader on larger projects and is often the primary interface with trial attorneys, experts, and other client staff.
