About The Position
Health Systems Cooperative Laundries is currently hiring for a FULL TIME General Laundry Worker to join our team. The hours for this position are 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM, with mandatory overtime. This role involves feeding linen into machines, hand folding linen, and inspecting for stains or holes while monitoring for quality.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of safety standards.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with an attention to detail and follow-through.
- Ability to work and communicate in a richly diverse environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
- Perform repetitive motions throughout the shift such as push, pull, and lift.
- Energetic, self-starter.
- Basic ability to speak and understand English.
- Attendance is an essential function of the job.
