About The Position

The Laundry Equipment Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining a minor tunnel, Softrol soil rail system, and Milnor dryer systems. The role monitors computer systems and laundry processes to support efficient production. The position reports to the Director of Laundry Operations.

The position works in an operations environment with odors, dust, and cleaning and laundry chemicals, as well as in a professional office environment using standard office equipment. Travel is rare, averaging 5% on a quarterly basis. Additional tasks may be assigned by MasterCorp Management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software programs quickly.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual ability is a plus.
• Proven experience operating industrial laundry equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the minor tunnel, Softrol soil rail system, and Milnor dryers according to established procedures.
• Ensure equipment functions properly and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Monitor computer systems to track laundry batches through tunnel and dryer systems.
• Adjust equipment settings to achieve optimal laundry cleanliness and dryness.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform minor repairs, or escalate issues to the maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow safety and operational procedures.
