Hotel Longmont is a boutique lifestyle hotel currently under development in downtown Longmont, Colorado, designed to serve both business and leisure travelers with a modern, locally inspired experience. The property will feature 84 guest rooms and suites, complemented by a rooftop bar and restaurant, as well as approximately 2,600 square feet of flexible meeting and event space-positioning it as a key hospitality anchor in the city's growing downtown district. www.hotellongmont.com Laundry Attendant - Hotel Longmont Located: Longmont, CO 80501 Full-Time or Part-Time Reports To: Director of Rooms Salary: $19 - $20 per hour The Laundry Attendant is responsible for cleaning and monitoring the hotel linens by washing, drying, and ironing and providing all departments with laundry needs.

Requirements

Excellent customer service skills
Move, bend, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
Stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
Requires repetitive motion.

Responsibilities

Identify stained or damaged items and determine status for repair, spot treatment, rewash, or discard.
Inspect cleanliness of articles removed from the washer, dryer, or dry-cleaning machines and place in clean linen carts.
Set dryer to designated times and temperatures based on fabrics contained in load.
Remove lint and debris from dryer screens, dry cleaning filters, and drain trap after each load.
Fold cleaned articles into designated size, either by hand or using folding machine
Maintain accurate records of items laundered
Deliver folded linen to designated storage areas
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
