You are responsible for the entire linen lifecycle—from sorting to folding—for guest/employee laundry and all hotel linens. Responsibilities

• Operate equipment necessary to sort, weigh, wash, dry, iron, fold, and package guest laundry and dry cleaning, employee uniforms, and hotel linen.
• Log, tag, and package guest and employee clothing and uniforms with accuracy.
• Pick up from and deliver to guest rooms and the uniforms room all clothing that needs cleaning or has been cleaned.
• Iron and fold guest room and Food & Beverage flat work (sheets, tablecloths, etc.).
• Maintain an acceptable state of cleanliness and organization throughout the entire work area.
• Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards within the department.
• Assist other housekeeping employees in maintaining clean and organized work and public areas.
• Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills and executing special guest requests.
