About The Position

Four Seasons Resort Rancho Encantado Santa Fe is seeking a hardworking and driven individual for our Housekeeping team- a person who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do and shares our passion for service excellence! This is a part-time AM position. The role involves cleaning, pressing, sorting, and organizing all resort linens, completing guest dry-cleaning and special requests, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient laundry work area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, adapt quickly to changing needs, multitask effectively, and solve problems in a calm, professional manner.

Requirements

1+ years of service industry experience and Housekeeping, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
Passion for cleanliness and organization
Flexible schedule- availability to work AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand and move around the laundry area for the entire shift
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 35 lbs.
Ability to operate heavy machinery in a hot, fast-paced environment
US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.
