About The Position

InterAction24 is hiring a full-time Laundry Attendant for a busy, high-volume laundry location on Normandy Drive in Miami Beach. This role operates on a consistent Wednesday through Sunday schedule, from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with Mondays and Tuesdays off. This consistent schedule allows for easy planning and provides ample opportunity for personal appointments during the week. The position is full-time, 40 hours a week, and offers stability at an established local business.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available to work Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
• Reliable transportation to and from Normandy Drive, including at 11:00 PM.
• Comfortable standing for a full shift.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Detail-oriented and careful with customer belongings.
• Dependable and punctual.

Nice To Haves

• Previous laundry, dry cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, restaurant, or retail experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Cash handling or point-of-sale experience.

Responsibilities

• Take in wash-dry-fold orders and ensure accuracy for every ticket.
• Wash, dry, fold, bag, and stage customer orders.
• Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and handle payments at the register.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area, including wiping machines, clearing lint traps, sweeping, mopping, and restocking supplies.
• Close the store at the end of the night, including cash-out, final cleaning, and securing the location.
• Report any machine issues promptly.
