About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our housekeeping team. The Laundry Attendant is responsible for washing, drying, folding, and organizing hotel linens, towels, and guest laundry while maintaining cleanliness and safety in the laundry area. This role helps ensure guests receive fresh, clean linens that meet our quality standards.

Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel or commercial laundry experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate commercial washers, dryers, and ironing equipment safely.
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize linens, towels, and uniforms.
• Inspect linens for stains, damage, or wear and remove unusable items.
• Maintain inventory of linens and laundry supplies.
• Deliver clean linens to housekeeping storage areas.
• Process guest laundry requests accurately and promptly.
• Keep the laundry room clean, organized, and sanitary.
• Follow hotel safety procedures and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Assist with other housekeeping duties as assigned.
