About The Position

InterAction24 is hiring a Laundry Attendant for an established laundromat in North Miami. The store is clean, busy, and open 24 hours. This is a full-time position with 32-40 hours per week, offering morning or evening shifts (not overnight). Weekend availability is required. The role involves direct customer interaction, managing the Wash & Fold service from start to finish, maintaining the store's cleanliness and organization, and operating the point-of-sale system. Interviews are being conducted this week, with the possibility of hiring and starting work in less than a week.

Requirements

Nice To Haves

• Laundromat, hospitality, retail, housekeeping, or food service experience is a plus, not a requirement

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and handle basic issues
• Take orders on the point-of-sale system
• Receive, wash, dry, fold, and package Wash & Fold orders
• Keep the floor clean, stocked, and organized
• Watch the washers and dryers and report a machine problem when you see it
• Help customers run the machines and load equipment
• Handle a limited amount of cash and the basic close
