About The Position

Responsible for sorting of garments by classification and color. Finish all garments to a quality standard. Responsible for garment sorting and finishing to include utilizing steam tunnel, pressing equipment and replacing buttons. Maintain all quality and efficiency standards. Monitor and maintain all safety requirements. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure equipment malfunctions are detected and remedied. Other related duties and tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Six (6) months of experience in finishing/processing garments with experience on steam tunnel, pressers, and shirt units preferred.
• Must be able to stand and walk for majority of a normal shift.
• Other physical requirements include but are not limited to lifting, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and bending.
• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus.
