Requirements
- Ability to follow verbal directions.
- Thorough knowledge of laundry procedures.
- Knowledge of laundry supplies.
- Ability to work with a variety of chemicals and detergents.
- Ability to work without direct supervision.
Responsibilities
- Performs a variety of laundry duties including washing, drying, sorting, folding, and inspecting linens and terry for wear and tear and stains.
- Ensures the laundry area is kept clean and organized.
- Maintains stock and inventory of laundry supplies.
- May be asked to assist with cleaning rooms or public spaces when needed.
- Ensures an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly guest service.
- Discovers and responds promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude.
- Contributes to maintaining a positive work environment for the diverse team and guests.
