About The Position

Laundry Attendants are responsible for maintaining the laundry operations at a boarding school and sports training destination located on a 400-acre area campus.

Requirements

High school graduate or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required
Customer-oriented and friendly
Effective time management skills
Ability to work efficiently and with minimal supervision
Basic knowledge of laundry operations and equipment
Requires a background check upon offer.
Requires a pre-employment drug screen upon offer.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of laundry related activities such as washing, drying, and folding garments and linens
Ensure laundry is completed according to the company’s established schedules and standards
Responsible for the day-to-day pick-up and delivery of laundry across campus
Maintain laundry logs and other documentation to track laundry completed
Operate washing machines and dryers according to instructions and safety protocols
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of laundry machines to ensure optimal performance
Regularly monitor laundry supply levels and equipment to ensure proper usage and replacement
Report any maintenance concerns or repairs needed to the appropriate personnel
Ensure the laundry facility is clean and organized at all times
Handle guest requests related to laundry services or special requests in a professional manner
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline operations and continually enhance the campus experience
