About The Position

InterAction24 is hiring a full-time Laundry Attendant for a busy, high-volume laundry location on Normandy Drive in Miami Beach. The shift is Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, every single week. This is the only shift open at this location. This role offers a consistent schedule with mornings and early afternoons free, predictable work hours, and Mondays and Tuesdays off for personal errands. The position is full-time, 40 hours a week, consistently.

Requirements

• 18 or older
• Available all five days, Wednesday through Sunday, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• Reliable transportation to and from Normandy Drive, including at 11:00 PM
• Comfortable on your feet for a full shift and able to lift up to 40 pounds
• Careful and detail-oriented
• Dependable. Showing up on time, every scheduled day, is the whole job

Nice To Haves

• Previous laundry, dry cleaning, housekeeping, hotel, restaurant or retail experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish
• Cash handling or point-of-sale experience

Responsibilities

• Take in wash-dry-fold orders and get every ticket exactly right, every time
• Wash, dry, fold, bag and stage customer orders
• Operate commercial washers and dryers safely and efficiently
• Greet customers, answer questions, and handle payments at the register
• Keep the floor spotless: wipe machines, clear lint traps, sweep, mop, restock supplies
• Close the store at the end of the night, including cash-out, final cleaning and securing the location
• Report any machine issue right away so it gets fixed before it becomes a problem
