About The Position

Silverado North Shore is hiring a part-time Laundry Aide to help maintain a clean, comfortable, and dignified environment for residents. The role involves collecting, cleaning, and sorting laundry; ensuring resident garments and linens are handled properly; contributing to department and community objectives; and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment. The schedule is an AM shift on Saturday and Sunday. The anticipated pay range is $14–$17 USD.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
• Comfortable working around animals and pets.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work with individuals with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
• Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
