As a Launch Strategist, you will be responsible for crafting engaging launch plans for new customers in onboarding alongside our Customer Success and Implementation team. You'll work directly with our employer customers to identify high-opportunity communication channels, unique and creative campaigns, launch events, and other ways to raise awareness about the Rain benefit. Success will be directly tied to increased user adoption and engagement. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, Customer Success, and Marketing. The right person is equal parts project manager, client champion, and creative communicator — someone who knows how to build momentum, get stakeholders aligned, and make a benefit launch feel like an event employees actually look forward to.
