Requirements

  • Proven experience creating viral content and campaigns
  • Deep understanding of what drives virality on LinkedIn and X (Twitter)
  • Track record of launches that achieved meaningful organic reach
  • Creative thinker who goes beyond obvious tactics (e.g., simple influencer reposts)
  • Strategic operator who can own the full campaign—not just individual assets
  • Fast-moving, adaptable, and comfortable operating in high-speed environments

Responsibilities

  • Turn videos into events: Apply core viral growth principles (inspired by YouTube and beyond) to transform launches into must-watch moments.
  • Own launch strategy end-to-end: Develop and execute organic campaign strategies across LinkedIn and X.
  • Lead execution and production flow: Manage the post-production pipeline to ensure content ships on time and at a high standard.
  • Design viral loops: Build momentum through creative distribution tactics—giveaways, community seeding, Slack/Discord drops, and more.
  • Analyze and optimize: Track performance, identify what’s working, and iterate quickly to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Coordinate across teams: Align internal creatives, external partners, and contributors to ensure seamless campaign rollouts.
