These core values and our participant-focus lead the way no matter what. The Operations Support & Strategy Manager, assigned to the Launch team, supports our new center launches. The manger is a highly organized project manager that ensures the successful launch of newest PACE centers across the nation. This role also serves as an operation manager, supporting the onboarding and operational excellence at new centers. This role is different because the Launch Operations Support & Strategy Manager at WelbeHealth: is a vital part of expansion efforts of WelbeHealth cross collaborates vastly with many areas of the organization. We are seeking a Launch Operations Support & Strategy Manager who is a strong project manager and is excited about being part of the growth of a mission driven organization. Requirements

• Must be currently located and residing in our near Los Angeles
• Must be comfortable with 20-25% of travel based on projects and business needs
• Must be willing and able to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and overtime
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of four (4) years of project and process improvement experience in the healthcare industry; PACE experience is highly desired
• Experience in a healthcare or clinic setting with the ability to independently manage full scope healthcare operations initiatives with minimal direction
• Hands-on facilitator of complex clinical operations improvement initiatives, while also directing more junior team members on sub-workstreams
• Experience leading teams with direct reports including hiring, onboarding, training, and providing feedback and mentorship required
• Microsoft Office competency
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records platforms
• Outstanding critical and analytical thinking skills, verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills

Nice To Haves

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) or related process improvement methodologies are highly desired

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete launch process, ensuring seamless coordination, execution, and alignment with WebbleHealth's mission.
• Serve as the primary project manager for assigned launches, including managing an issues list & project plan, coordinating & facilitating meetings, and providing status updates.
• Ensure new center staff are onboarded, trained, and mentored in alignment with best practices.
• Support the center licensing process as needed, including outfitting new centers, creating policy binders, pulling staff files, and more.
• Continuously improve and codify enterprise best practices in the new market launch playbook to apply at future new program launches.
