Launch Manager

B-Stock•Boston, MA

About The Position

The Launch Manager turns new supply opportunities into scaled, high-value marketplace programs, from opportunity intake and pilot design through incubation, growth, and transition to dedicated Account Managers. The role owns seller relationships after sale and helps brands succeed on B-Stock by combining strategic guidance with hands-on execution. For the first six months after launch, the Launch Manager supports seller growth by reviewing performance, identifying opportunities, securing additional inventory, and developing high-potential sellers. The role also serves as the primary commercial contact for 3PL, donation, and RMS partners, including onboarding partner brand networks, structuring programs, and resolving escalations. Working closely with Sales, Strategy, Marketing, and Project Management, the Launch Manager develops launch strategies, drives programs live, and addresses issues along the way. The role builds and improves repeatable launch and scaling processes using data, AI, and lessons from each program, including automating intake, pilot setup, and performance tracking. It also brings category insights on brands, inventory, pricing, buyer demand, and marketplace performance to seller strategy and growth. The position reports directly to the Senior Manager, Strategy & Business Operations.
