About The Position

This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain real-life experience in an online business environment. Interns will be assigned meaningful work and challenging projects, contributing to the delivery of results. The program focuses on learning new tools and technologies within a supportive and friendly work culture. Interns will have opportunities to share their ideas and learnings with Online business leaders and team members, network with full-time employees and other interns through planned events, and receive mentorship from seasoned ELC Online executives. Additionally, interns will partner with other departments to understand various business roles. Internship positions may cover fields such as Brand E-Commerce, Online Wholesale (Retailer.com), Customer Acquisition and Retention, Data Analytics/Science, Software Engineering, DevOps, Digital Innovation, Product Management, and Project Management.

Requirements

Completed Junior year by program start (June 2027).
On track to graduate in May 2028.
Related degrees for technology roles (Engineering, Data Science or DevOps).
Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Is a team player.
Is highly motivated.
Shows a strong willingness to learn.
Ability to work autonomously.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
