The Latter Process Improvement Technician is responsible for maintaining excellent communication with manufacturing supervisors and managers, teaching and training team leaders on proper change-over methods, and performing all change-overs at Continuous Lines, Grinding Lines, and Accessory Lines. This role involves daily follow-up of machine targets and product quality, with a high focus on the quality of safety-related brake products. The technician will lead the grinding wheel re-coat control system, manage powder coating PM and maintenance activities, and control inventory of all powder coating spare parts. They will also foresee potential problems at Continuous Lines, understand and achieve production goals, and troubleshoot all equipment in the Latter Process. Additionally, the technician will control inventory levels for all spare parts at the accessory lines, provide training to line operators, and troubleshoot and maintain all types of printers.
