About The Position
Keeler Honda is expanding its service team following the opening of a new 58,000 sq/ft facility. They are seeking entry-level and apprentice technicians to start or grow their automotive careers in a structured, supportive dealership environment. Tools are provided, and all applicants must have a valid driver's license. A NYS Inspector's License is preferred but not required, and the company will pay for certification after probation. This is a true apprenticeship-style opportunity with room to grow.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Automotive Professional attitude.

Responsibilities
- Focus on Internal Repairs, including New Car Prep, Used Car Reconditioning, Sold Vehicle Preparation, and Accessory Installation.
- Work alongside experienced technicians while building foundational skills.
- Be paired with a senior technician for hands-on training in Main Shop repair and diagnostic work once comfortable.
