About The Position

This role is responsible for delivering great customer service and managing crew members to provide excellent leadership to the Wienerschnitzel team. The Shift Manager will work closely with upper management to improve customer experience, key metrics, and financial performance. Responsibilities include training and evaluating employees, handling cashiering, reconciling, and depositing daily cash flow, and actively managing and participating in the daily kitchen duties, cleaning and sanitation schedule. The position also requires adherence to all health requirements and food safety standards, and ensuring all equipment is operating effectively, working with upper management to address repairs and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service, customer service, or other related fields (At least one year of food experience is preferred)
  • Excellent customer service skills absolutely required, with an ability to up-sell items on menu
  • Reliability, honesty, integrity, and commitment are very important to the employer!
  • Able to work varying shifts per week, including opening and closing shifts where necessary.
  • Be available to work on weekends and holidays, as well as weekdays
  • Accurate money handling skills
  • Must have reliable transportation to report to shifts on time
  • Employer conducts background check/drug screen as appropriate

Nice To Haves

  • At least one year of food experience is preferred
