This role is responsible for delivering great customer service and managing crew members to provide excellent leadership to the Wienerschnitzel team. The Shift Manager will work closely with upper management to improve customer experience, key metrics, and financial performance. Responsibilities include training and evaluating employees, handling cashiering, reconciling, and depositing daily cash flow, and actively managing and participating in the daily kitchen duties, cleaning and sanitation schedule. The position also requires adherence to all health requirements and food safety standards, and ensuring all equipment is operating effectively, working with upper management to address repairs and maintenance.
