About The Position

Praxent is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead for the LATAM region. This role is responsible for optimizing team velocity and the delivery of business value for complex projects within the financial services industry. The company focuses on modernizing outdated customer-facing software applications, enabling clients to see returns quickly. Praxent offers a supportive and autonomous work environment for its team of over 170 employees located across the United States and Central/South America. This position is categorized as Remote and is open to individuals in El Salvador, Mexico, or Colombia. The role involves leading client calls, managing dependencies and risks, guiding feature design and prioritization, and ensuring adherence to Agile/Praxent best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience running scrum ceremonies
  • Experience writing detailed user stories
  • Experience working directly with clients

  • Must live in El Salvador, Mexico, or Colombia

Responsibilities

  • Optimize team velocity and delivery of business value for complex projects.
  • Ensure Core Values are living and breathing throughout the project team.
  • Act as Product Owner advocate and Scrum leader, documenting and managing all dependencies / blockers.
  • Guide feature design and prioritization to maximize team velocity and optimize business value, utilizing AI to inform decision-making and enhance prioritization processes.
  • Anticipate risks/blockers, advance Praxent best practices, and lead the team to efficient outcomes.
  • Build trust with clients, elicit nuanced understanding, and escalate when scope has changed.
  • Adhere to Agile/Praxent best practices, monitoring and correcting processes.
  • Maintain day-to-day client trust and relationship.
  • Document and monitor scope changes, risks, and dependencies.
  • Monitor and optimize processes to avoid blockers and optimize velocity.
  • Lead client calls to align on business requirements, address risks or dependencies, develop roadmaps, and ensure deliverables are met based off of prioritization.
  • Manage the daily activities that support agile development, such as daily stand-ups, refinement sessions, client demos, etc.
