About The Position

We are seeking a QA Analyst to join our team and deliver complex stories by the end of each sprint. This role involves participating in Agile delivery, performing thorough functional, regression, and edge case testing, and potentially basic API or automation testing. You will also be responsible for writing detailed test cases, developing testing reports, and creating robust testing plans. Additionally, you will support junior team members and interact with clients by presenting test plans and sprint reports. The role is categorized as Remote, with team members potentially located in El Salvador, Mexico, or Colombia. Requirements

Demonstrable proficiency with manual testing.
Demonstrable proficiency with Postman.
Demonstrable proficiency with managing test cases in Azure DevOps (ADO).
3-5 years professional experience in relevant technology and projects, including ongoing adherence of best practices, leading and executing manual testing for web and mobile applications, and leveraging industry-standard tools to ensure optimal product quality across all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Experience collaborating with client stakeholders during sprint planning and documenting technical approaches.
Experience understanding and articulating the business outcomes that your development projects impact.
Relevant Education: may include intensive programs, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a equivalent experience.

Additional knowledge and experience in AI assisted testing (Claude Code, Cursor, CoPilot etc.)

Responsibilities

Develop Collaboratively: Participate in successful Agile delivery by seeking guidance, raising concerns, advancing best practices, identifying blockers, and mentoring peers and more junior team members.
Deliver Value: Perform thorough functional testing, regression testing, edge case testing and (where possible) basic api or automation testing.
Work Autonomously: Write detailed test cases, develop testing reports and develop robust testing plans.
Provide Guidance: Support more junior team members in performing documentation and testing techniques.
Client Interactions: Confidently present full test plans and sprint reports, documenting overall product status.
Key Activities: Demonstrate acceptance criteria understanding, share daily progress, limit QA kickback, deliver stories as assigned
