About The Position

The two-year Graduate Program provides recent graduates with hands-on experience across a wide range of front, middle, and back-office functions, contributing to projects that support operations, financial activities, client engagement, and regulatory responsibilities. Depending on placement, participants may assist with audits, reporting, compliance, financial transactions, client onboarding, technology, risk management, trade execution, prime brokerage, and client services. In addition to practical experience, the program emphasizes professional development, offering exposure to industry practices, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration alongside experienced professionals. Graduates are expected to start no later than September 2026. The Solutions - LATAM FX and Interest Rates Department at Marex plays a critical role in supporting the firm’s capital markets activities by designing and delivering tailored risk management and hedging solutions for clients across asset classes. As part of a front‑office advisory function, the team combines market expertise, structured product design, and advanced analytics to support clients across commodities, FX, and interest rates derivatives. This department not only provides strategic solutions and client support but also establishes the minimum required standards for product design, risk management, and governance, reinforcing Marex’s commitment to transparency, consistency, and operational excellence throughout its global footprint during a period of strong regional growth. The Solutions – LATAM FX and Interest Rates Analyst is responsible for supporting the Solutions and Sales teams by assisting with client coverage, derivatives execution support, market analysis, and the delivery of risk management solutions to corporate clients. This role will focus on trade support, pricing and execution coordination, client follow‑up, and preparation of market commentary and materials, while providing additional capacity to senior team members and enabling them to focus on client strategy and solution structuring. By monitoring macroeconomic developments, supporting cross‑functional collaboration, and building a strong understanding of FX and interest rate derivatives, the team supports informed decision‑making and strengthens client relationships across the LATAM franchise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in a related field required.
  • Strong academic background in finance, mathematics, or statistics.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken) required.
  • Genuine interest in one or more of the program’s departmental tracks.
  • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future sponsorship, including, but not limited to, F-1, J-1, and M-1 visa holders, as well as individuals on CPT or OPT.

Responsibilities

  • Support FX and Rates sales activities for Latin American corporate clients, assisting with trade execution processes, pricing requests, and client follow‑up.
  • Prepare market commentary, trade ideas, presentations, and client marketing materials, supporting client engagement and commercial discussions.
  • Monitor macroeconomic developments, central bank activity, geopolitical events, and market trends impacting FX and interest rate markets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify client opportunities and relevant risk management solutions.
  • Assist with client onboarding and internal workflows, including coordination across Trading, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Credit teams.
  • Participate in client meetings, conference calls, and internal strategy discussions, supporting sales coverage and relationship management.
  • Identify opportunities to improve internal processes, reporting, and workflow efficiency, contributing to continuous improvement across the desk.
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments and industry standards and best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s regulatory requirements under the SEC, FINRA, NFA, CFTC and other applicable exchanges and regulatory bodies.
  • Adhere to the operational risk framework for your role ensuring that all regulatory or company determined parameters are complied with.
