Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist (Illinois license required).
• Hands-on experience with lash extensions (classic required).
• Strong application skills with attention to detail and timing.
• Comfortable performing additional services such as waxing, tinting and lash safe facials.
• Excellent communication and client retention skills.
• Reliable, professional, and team-focused.
• Positive attitude and passion for helping clients.
• Flexible availability, including evenings (2:00 PM-8:30 PM) and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with hybrid/volume lash extensions.

Responsibilities

• Perform lash extension services (classic required; hybrid/volume a plus).
• Conduct additional services such as waxing, tinting, and lash-safe facials.
• Maintain strong application skills with attention to detail and timing.
