About The Position
Amazing Lash Studio – Lincoln Park is expanding and introducing professional skincare services, specializing in lash-safe, steam-free facials. They are seeking a passionate, client-focused Licensed Esthetician / Facialist to join their growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to help launch and grow a new skincare program while providing exceptional service in a supportive, beauty-focused environment.
Requirements
- Current Illinois Esthetician license required.
- Passion for skincare and helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Sales and retail experience are a plus.
- Experience with facials, chemical peels, and advanced skincare treatments preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized, lash-safe, steam-free facial treatments utilizing Sanitas professional skincare products.
- Conduct skin analyses and recommend appropriate home-care regimens.
- Educate clients on skincare concerns and treatment plans.
- Maintain treatment rooms and adhere to all sanitation and state board regulations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
- Support retail sales of professional skincare products.
- Collaborate with our lash stylists to provide a comprehensive beauty experience.
