About The Position

Amazing Lash Studio is seeking a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist interested in learning eyelash extensions and brow services. No salon or lash technician experience is necessary. The studio provides a full seven-day intensive eyelash application training program and extensive training to help estheticians and cosmetologists become proficient in applying extensions. The role offers a fun, team-oriented, busy work environment and compensation potential of $35,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on full-time or part-time status.

Requirements

Hold a professional license in esthetics, aesthetics, or cosmetology.

Responsibilities

Perform professional eyelash extension full sets and refills according to Amazing Lash Studio standards.

Educate guests on proper lash aftercare and recommend service frequency.
Promote and sell service upgrades and exclusive retail products for at-home care.
Generate new clientele through the Amazing Lash Studio referral program.
Provide a warm, charismatic guest experience at every appointment.
