About The Position
Amazing Lash Studio is seeking a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist interested in learning lash extensions and brow services. No prior salon or lash technician experience is necessary. The studio provides a full seven-day intensive eyelash application training program to help estheticians and cosmetologists become proficient in applying eyelash extensions. The Lash Technician performs eyelash extension services while maintaining studio and state sanitation standards, educating guests on aftercare, and providing a welcoming guest experience. The role also includes recommending service frequency and upgrades, selling retail products, and helping generate new clientele through the studio’s referral program. Compensation is described as potentially ranging from $35,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on full-time or part-time status.
Requirements
- Hold a professional license in esthetics/aesthetics or cosmetology.
- Be willing to learn new lash and eye-area techniques.

Responsibilities
- Perform professional eyelash extension full sets and refills to Amazing Lash Studio standards.
- Uphold sanitation and sterilization standards in accordance with state law and studio policy.
- Educate guests on proper lash aftercare and recommend service frequency.
- Promote and sell service upgrades and exclusive retail products for at-home care.
- Generate new clientele through the Amazing Lash Studio referral program.
- Deliver a warm, charismatic guest experience at every appointment.
