About The Position

Permanent Makeup by Thanya is looking for experienced lash stylists. The compensation structure includes an hourly base pay plus commission, or commission only. We offer reasonable flexible hours and opportunities for on-the-job training and in-house growth. We also cover all online and social media marketing, advertise your profile on our website, and pay hourly for interns and new graduates. Pay rates are competitive and we offer commissions for product sales. We provide all client beauty supplies. We have two locations: North Phoenix and Chandler.

Requirements

• A current Esthetician or Cosmetology license from the State of Arizona.
• A current Blood Pathogen Certificate.
• A current Lash Stylist Certification or in process to attain a certification.
• Must have a passion for lashes.
• Must be responsible and prompt.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and interacting with customers.
• Check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide quality services to customers.
• Help with daily and monthly cleaning duties.
• Being responsible for daily opening and closing procedures.
• Maintaining Products, Services and Office inventories.
• Help with Social Media Marketing and Advertising.
• Help with product sales.
