About The Position
The Laser Unloader operates a laser machine and handles materials and cut parts. The role includes following safety and environmental procedures, arriving on time as scheduled, communicating effectively, moving material with a crane, deslagging the laser machine, cleaning dust buckets and slug trays, placing material on the laser bed, removing cut parts and skeletons, and executing the scheduling board.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to operate cranes and overhead hoists.
- Basic math and computer skills.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety and environmental procedures.
- Come to work every day and on time as scheduled.
- Communicate proficiently.
- Operate a crane to move material.
- Deslag the laser machine.
- Clean the dust bucket and slug trays.
- Place material on the laser bed and remove cut parts and skeletons.
- Execute the scheduling board.
