About The Position
The E-Coat Loader/Unloader loads and unloads parts on the e-coat line, inspects coated parts for quality, and packages parts according to requirements. The role also involves entering part and inventory information into the ERP system and following applicable safety, environmental, and lockout/tagout procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proficient basic math and computer skills.
- Lockout/Tagout awareness-level training.
Responsibilities
- Follow safety and environmental procedures.
- Report to work every day on time as scheduled.
- Communicate proficiently.
- Understand and follow maintenance Lockout/Tagout procedures when applicable.
- Use a computer to enter part information and inventory into the ERP system.
- Visually inspect all coated parts to ensure quality adherence.
- Load and unload the line as required using standard work.
- Follow packaging requirements.
