Ace Precision is hiring a skilled Laser Technician to operate CO2, Yag, or Flat Cut laser equipment to machine parts. Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with minimum of two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Responsibilities
- Works from sketches, setup sheets, and related documents.
- Starts and observes laser operations to detect malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining.
- Recognizes and reports process variations, operational sequences, and dimensional and finish deviations.
- Verifies conformance of finished work piece to specifications through use of various inspection measuring equipment, including micrometers, pin gages, and verniers.
- Deburrs parts as necessary.
