About The Position

Robert Bosch Tool Corporation is seeking Laser Operators to run machines on a weekend shift. The shift schedule will involve two weekends of 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, followed by a third weekend on the night shift from 6:30 pm to 6:30 am. The hiring process begins in May, with training starting in July (requiring first shift availability for training). The actual weekend operations will commence in October 2026. This is an opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and controls as part of a growing, world-class maintenance team.

Requirements

At least 2 years of machine operator experience.
Ability to work a rotating weekend shift schedule.
Ability to train on first shift.
Must be available to start training in July.
Must be available for weekend start-up in October 2026.

Nice To Haves

Brazing experience preferred.
