Requirements

Typically 1–3 years of laser operation experience.
Ability to read blueprints/GDT.
Ability to use measurement tools.
Ability to work in a team.
Physically able to stand, lift, and handle repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate laser cutting/engraving equipment to produce precise parts.
Read blueprints and nesting diagrams to meet tolerances and quality standards.
Load and secure materials.
Adjust laser settings.
Monitor laser runs.
Perform quality checks.
Troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on laser equipment.
Follow safety and lean manufacturing practices.
