About The Position

REFAB, a DeWys Metal Solutions company, is seeking a skilled Laser Operator for its second-shift team. The role involves setting up, adjusting, and operating lasers; reading customer blueprints and work instructions; troubleshooting issues that can cause rejected parts; performing periodic quality inspections throughout the shift; and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
• Willingness to work overtime as necessary.

Nice To Haves

• Previous metal fabrication or laser experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
