About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Large Format Printer Operator to join a production team. The role involves operating Canon Colorado printers, using Caldera RIP software, and managing multiple production machines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating Canon Colorado printers.
• Proficiency with Caldera RIP software.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy media rolls and materials.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Canon Colorado printers to ensure high-quality output and production efficiency.
• Use Caldera software for job setup, color management, workflow control, and print production.
• Manage workflow across four to five production machines simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Load, unload, and safely handle large media rolls and substrates.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality checks.
• Prioritize multiple jobs and adapt to changing production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors about job status and production needs.
