About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Large Format Printer Operator to join a production team. The role operates Canon Colorado printers and uses Caldera RIP software to manage print jobs, color, and production workflows. The operator oversees four to five production machines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. The position also involves handling large media rolls and substrates, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting, and keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.

Requirements

• Previous experience operating Canon Colorado printers.
• Proficiency with Caldera RIP software.
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy media rolls and materials.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Canon Colorado printers to ensure high-quality output and production efficiency.
• Use Caldera software for job setup, color management, workflow control, and print production.
• Manage workflow across four to five production machines while maintaining quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Load, unload, and safely handle large media rolls and substrates.
• Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshooting, and quality checks.
• Prioritize multiple jobs and adapt to changing production schedules.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors about job status and production needs.
