About The Position

The Large Format Print Production Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day print production within the LexJet Experience Center. This hands-on role manages projects from file preparation through printing and finishing, while ensuring quality, accuracy, efficiency, and on-time completion. The Production Coordinator works across a variety of large-format printing technologies, media, inks, and finishing applications while supporting customer samples, product testing, demonstrations, internal projects, events, and other Experience Center activities.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in large format printing, print production, or a related production/manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience operating large-format printers, RIP software, and finishing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Comfortable working with a variety of media, inks, and substrates, with a willingness to learn new print technologies.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare files for print production, ensuring accuracy and proper setup for a variety of substrates and applications.
• Operate large-format printers and finishing equipment to produce samples, signage, and other printed materials.
• Troubleshoot production issues related to equipment, media, or file setup, and resolve them quickly to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate production schedules and priorities to meet deadlines for customer, sales, and internal requests.
• Support product testing and demonstrations by producing samples using new inks, media, and printing technologies.
• Track and manage production supplies and media inventory, ordering materials as needed.
