About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper / Landscaping Technician to maintain and enhance the appearance of our outdoor spaces. This role is responsible for general landscape maintenance, plant care, and ensuring the property remains clean, safe, and visually appealing. We want someone who is passionate about creating and maintaining beautiful garden beds. Our goal is to showcase our huge palette of avaible plant material.

Requirements

Previous landscaping experience required
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to lift 100 lbs. and perform physical labor for extended periods
Knowledge of plants grown in Colorado and how to care for them
Ability to work on irrigation systems
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

Perform routine landscape maintenance including pruning, mowing, weeding, and deadheading
Plant, water, fertilize, and care for annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees, and turf
Operate and maintain landscaping equipment
Monitor plant health and identify pests, diseases, or irrigation issues
Maintain cleanliness of walkways, parking areas, and outdoor spaces
Safely apply pesticides as needed
Identify and label plants on property
Supervise and direct groundskeeping staff as needed
Help with other tasks as need in off season
