About The Position

CW Resources is seeking a dependable and motivated commercial Landscaping Supervisor to join their team. This role involves partnering with the Landscaping Project Manager to ensure daily operations run smoothly, supporting the field crew, and contributing to the overall success and upkeep of the grounds on a military installation. The position requires obtaining and maintaining a TS/SCI security clearance, which will be discussed during the interview process. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of landscaping experience.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a landscaping lead or assistant supervisory role.
  • Experience operating landscaping equipment and machinery.
  • Knowledge of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping practices.
  • Knowledge of OSHA regulations, hazard recognition, and safe work practices.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety practices and ability to enforce safety standards.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Valid RealID
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Eligible to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Horticulture, pesticide, or industry-related certifications.
  • Irrigation troubleshooting and repair experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Landscaping Project Manager with daily crew coordination and work assignments.
  • Provide guidance and support to crew members in the field.
  • Help ensure landscaping work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
  • Assist with training employees on equipment use, safety procedures, and best practices.
  • Monitor equipment, vehicles, tools, and materials; report maintenance or supply needs.
  • Conduct routine site inspections to maintain quality and identify areas for improvement.
  • Serve as one of the primary points of contact for crews when the Project Manager is unavailable.
  • Communicate job progress, concerns, and operational needs to management.
  • Perform landscaping and grounds maintenance duties alongside the crew as needed.
