Requirements
- Highschool / GED Required
- 3+ years of Landscaping Supervisory experience.
- English language proficiency
Responsibilities
- Maintains community grounds, including lawns, shrubs, and trees in an acceptable condition.
- Responsible for all snow removal, watering, grass, cutting, pruning, rain-gutter and garage cleaning.
- Supervises operation and maintenance of all equipment related to Grounds Department.
- Schedules order in which work is to be completed.
- Is aware of Presbyterian Homes Corporate Compliance policies including those having to do with confidentiality and security of information, and concern for the well-being of residents and patients.
- Demonstrates behaviors and completes work in a manner consistent with these policies.
