In this role you maintain the appearance, safety and functionality of all exterior grounds and landscaping areas. Your expertise ensures our property remains welcoming, safe and environmentally responsible across New Mexico’s diverse climates and terrains.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience or training required
Minimum of three to five years of professional grounds maintenance landscaping or construction experience required
Demonstrated experience working in diverse terrain and climate conditions
Advanced knowledge of landscaping irrigation and grounds maintenance practices
Strong understanding of New Mexico soil conditions weather patterns and environmental factors
Ability to troubleshoot complex irrigation and drainage systems
Strong safety awareness and hazard prevention skills
Ability to work independently and lead work efforts when required
Good verbal communication and time management skills
Valid and unrestricted driver’s license required and must maintain company group insurance eligibility
Ability to frequently walk stand climb lift stoop push pull and carry up to 50 pounds
Flexible scheduling required including long hours nights weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of positivity and professionalism with guests team members and external partners
Perform routine upkeep of landscaping plants turf and other grounds elements
Install maintain and repair irrigation systems including valves controllers piping wiring rotors spray heads drip tubing and bubblers
Maintain parking lots walkways and entryways including snow and ice removal as needed
Inspect grounds and exterior areas regularly and address hazards or safety concerns
Ensure all work activities conform to safety sanitation and health regulations and policies
Operate and maintain landscaping and grounds equipment safely and effectively
Assist with seasonal projects including planting pruning fertilizing and pest control
Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
Maintain a clean organized work area and professional appearance in compliance with uniform and grooming standards
Protect company assets and maintain confidentiality of proprietary client and guest information
Perform other duties consistent with the functions of this position as needed at the property
