Requirements
- Expertise in small engine repair, particularly 2-cycle engines used in grounds care, landscaping, and snow and ice equipment
- Proper methods of servicing landscaping equipment and the repair and adjustment of power mowing equipment
- Working knowledge of the general operation of gasoline, diesel, and electric-powered equipment
- Solid understanding of servicing and repairing power mowing equipment
- Confidence in changing oil, hydraulic, and other essential fluids across various equipment
- Familiarity with Toro commercial stand-on mowers
- Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly learn new computer software
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with a knack for troubleshooting
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing shop personnel
- Safety-focused individual
- Knowledge of tire repair and maintenance
- Mechanical and diagnostic ability
- Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record
- Willingness to travel to various branch locations (mileage reimbursed)
- Provide your own tools for the job
- Possess DOT Medical Certification
- Authorized to work in the United States

- Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are a plus
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on landscaping equipment, including stand-on mowers and small two-cycle tools
- Assist in keeping the parts inventory clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Change oil, hydraulic, and all other necessary fluids in a variety of different vehicles and equipment
- Service and repair power mowing equipment
- Maintain a clean and secure workspace
