About The Position
Flynn Canada Ltd., Canada’s leading building envelope trade contractor in the institutional, commercial and industrial construction marketplace is looking for a Small Engine and Equipment Mechanic to work from our Winnipeg location.
Requirements
- Previous mechanical experience (3-5 years’) working on fleet equipment and small engine repairs
- Specialty tools and hand tools supplied
- Valid Driver’s License
Nice To Haves
- Licensed mechanic is preferred
- Hydraulic experience would be an asset
- Welding certificate would be an asset
Responsibilities
- Performing scheduled maintenance service, such as oil changes, lubrications and tune ups
- Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of field equipment
- Small engine and equipment repair
- Heavy equipment: bob cats, conveyors, asphalt equipment repairs
