Requirements

Experience in landscaping, landscape construction, horticulture, design/build, account management, project management, or outside sales
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of landscape construction practices, plant materials, and estimating is preferred

Responsibilities

Develop and close new business opportunities for residential and commercial landscape projects
Meet with prospective clients to understand project goals and provide solutions
Prepare proposals, estimates, and presentations
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales process
Collaborate with design, production, and operations teams to ensure successful project execution
Represent A. Buckley Landscaping at networking events and within the community
Maintain accurate customer and sales activity records within CRM systems
