About The Position
From The Ground Up is hiring Lawn Care Laborers to maintain residential and commercial properties across the greater Twin Cities area. This is a hands-on outdoor job where you will be working with softscapes to keep properties clean and professional. No experience is required as training will be provided. Those with prior experience may advance more quickly.
Requirements
- Reliable and punctual
- Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
- Able to work outdoors 8–12 hours per day
- Able to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience with lawn care or outdoor work is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Perform basic landscaping tasks (mulching, trimming, bed maintenance)
- Work with your crew to complete jobs efficiently
- Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
